Every year, Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters (KSBBBS) partners with McConnell Air Force Base to spread holiday cheer to the youth facing adversity (AKA "Littles") in its one-to-one mentoring program with an important mission called “Operation Santa”. The project wouldn’t be possible without the support of the Friends of McConnell group, the McConnell public affairs team, and our Air Force Big Brothers and Sisters for their dedication to their Littles.
