There are hundreds of youth (aka Littles) facing adversity across Kansas waiting to be matched with a volunteer mentor (aka Bigs). However, we need more volunteers and are asking for your help.
Do you know anyone who is passionate about helping others? Someone who sees the best in others. Someone who can believe a youth’s potential to be truly great.
It could be a friend, family member, neighbor, co-worker – anybody who you think would make a great Big. Nominate them today by clicking the button on the top of this page.
How it Works
Once a current or past Big Brother or Sister refers a potential Big and that person successfully goes through the enrollment process to get matched with their Little, the current or past Big (who nominated a potential Big) will be entered into a drawing for monthly and quarterly prizes (Sedgwick County only)!

For residents in Butler, Reno, Harvey, Cowley or Sumner Counties: ANYONE can refer a potential Big Brother or Sister (you do not have to be a current or past Big). As a token of our appreciation for your Big referral, we will award you with a $25 gift card to a local business if your referral becomes a Big!

Access to vehicle and proof of vehicle insurance.

Communicate with case manager on a regular basis and continued training as needed.
